New Hair :)
CHANGE IS GOOD! I PROMISE.
So I finally decided to dye my hair after much debating I figured it was about time. I had blond peekaboo's for about 2 years! And after my last visit to the salon my hair was too blond... AND I MEAN TOO BLOND! which made me sad because I really enjoyed being the best of both worlds you know since I was half blond and half brunette;) But everything comes to an end right? Its part of life I guess. So one day I just decided to run over to CVS after class and buy a hair dye. I bought a dye dark enough to cover the blond and match my natural hair color. Everyone told me not to buy a black hair dye because I would never be able to dye it blond without damaging it which makes no sense to me but I listened. So I bought the shade before black. Finally I just gave in and dyed my hair because I was uncomfortable with myself. Unfortunately I am very self conscious but I am working on it. I PROMISE! Overall my hair looks black but I am happy with the outcome. And feeling a lot better of myself.
Nothing wrong with my imperfections

My Current Foundations
Hey guys :) Well I wanted to do a current foundation post because last year i was on the haunt for my perfect foundation. The one problem was that I wasn't giving the foundation enough time to actually know if it was working out or not. So in the long run Iended up with so many foundations that I didn't know which one actually worked. Lucky for me I finally found the ones I like and will keep purchasing. But I will say I did swapping many away because they didn't work for me or I bought the wrong shade. But I just wanted to post this for anyone who was having a foundation meltdown like myself this could maybe help determine which foundation might work for you. And you wont ended up having over 20 yes I mean twenty foundations *Okay fine I am exaggerating a bit but it did feel like that. But enough of me blabbering away here is my foundation post.

Now my overall views are :)
Make Up Forever HD #140
Yes, because of all the hype I picked up MUFE HD. Now this foundation truly is amazing I understand why everyone loves this. I was matched to #140 but when I saw the bottle I thought it was going to be too light... I had asked for #153 which I thought was going to be my perfect match, Well I was wrong she tested #140 and she said that this would be a better match. As I walked around Sephora and Forever 21 it was clear to me that I was in love with the shade and foundation. So I quickly ran back to purchase the foundation lucky for me there was one left :) But I still wasn't completely sure so I did ask for a sample of #153 just to try out at home. And ladies I have no idea why I thought it would work for myself, #153 was so dark on my skin. I guess its because I think I'm so dark. So I was happy I listened to the MUA. Overall this is a very nice medium coverage foundation that feels so light on and takes beautiful pictures.
Make Up Forever Face & Body #32
I do want to point out its like a gel foundation.
This foundation is My Everday foundation I LOVE this foundation. I use this everyday for school, it is very light and the coverage is great. But I will say I wear this under my studio fix powder. I just like how they look together. But I do use it alone and its still great. This is a very sheer and light coverage, I don't have much to cover so this works fine for myself. But on the days where I have problems with my skin I won't pick this foundation up. But girls if your looking for a sheer coverage foundation this is the way to go! :) you wont hate it. I prefer this one over the MAC face and body.
MAC Studio Fix Fluid #37
I'm sure you guys all own studio fix fluid or heard of it at least, its a very popular foundation. This is the foundation I wear when I have problems with my skin its a full coverage foundation. I don't have much to say I do like it but I am not fully in love with it manly because I don't like full coverage unless I'm feeling in the mood to love flawless that's when this baby comes in mind. But I will say it is a great foundation and will repurchase :)
(Sorry about the horrible pciture) L'Oreal True Match W5
I don't have much to say about this one. I guess its manly because I don't like the glitter in it. I have wore it and it has good coverage but its just not my cup of tea. But I will say its one of the best drugstore liquid foundations. BUT perfer and like Maybelline dream liquid mousse foundation I run out of that one and just haven't picked up a new one but I do recommend that foundation also their new line of fit me is nice too.
MAC Studio Fix Powder NC40
Now this foundation I also love! I normally wear this with my MUFE F&B I use it to set it but I just love the coverage it gives my skin. I also wear this alone, I buffer it into my skin with concealer underneath it and some fix plus and I'm ready to go. I have heard a lot of bad reviews but I just love it on my skin. The powder is full coverage depending on how you apply it. I use my paddle brush to sweep it over my face when I use MUFE F&B underneath. And when I use it alone I use ELF powder brush (Flat Top) and buffer it into my skin spray some fix plus and it gives good medium coverage I think. I used the sponge once but I felt it really caked up on my face so I haven't used it since so I cant give my honest opinion. Overall I love this powder.
MICABELLA Mineral foundation Shade:Cappuccino
I bought this when i was first trying out makeup I wasn't sure what was good or bad. It was my first foundation ever. Of course the lady insisted on my buying and I purchased it because she sold me on the product. It just like any mineral foundation I wear this a lot during the summer. Because it's in my summer shade which is when I'm tanner and because its light and just gives my evens out my skin tone and gives a nice glow. And i don't have to worry about it melting of my face or making me look cakey since its mineral makeup. If you wondering where I purchase this it was a the mall in one of the stands. I will say this is my second one I definitely do use this all summer long.
Now I forgot to mention one other foundation I use a lot and its because I had to go purchase a new one since I also bough it when I picked up Studio fix powder and the lady matched me to NC40. I been using MAC Studio Tech foundation and I must say I do love it. I got NC40 the first time since that's what I got matched to in powder and tech but the studio tech was so dark and ORANGE and I mean orange I looked like Snoooki from Jersey Shore. But I didn't want to return because I used it a couple of times instead I purchased a new one I went to local Mac counter and asked to get color matched again to my surprise I was NC30 but the sales lady told me if I felt it was to light then to try NC35 so I could wear it in spring and summer. It was a great match so I am very please with the outcome. Its a great foundation and I want to mention I use the MAC Careblend to set it.
So I hope you guys enjoyed this long post on my foundations. Please let me know of the foundations you guys like? :)
Coastal Scents Purchase
My first Coastal Scents purchase!
I finally decided to make a online purchase with Coastal Scents. I have heard so much good reviews on YouTube that I was so interested in buying. I wish I would have bought more things, but I am such a wimp when it comes to taking risk's that I keep it safe and bought the 28 Neutral Palette. I am definitely a neutrals girl anyways so I figured this would be a perfect buy for myself. After 2 weeks of playing around with i can honestly give my honest opinion. This is a great starters palette the pigmentation is good I wouldn't compare it to my MAC palette that I have slowly filled because this palette was so cheap in price. I mean for 25 dollars you are getting 28 colors that is already an amazing deal. But like I was saying the pigmentation is good some mighty be a bit chalky but more then half the colors are great. I have been using this daily for my everyday eye look for the days I have classes. So overall I really did enjoy this palette and I would recommend anyone who is just starting off with makeup or just someone who loves neutrals (Like myself). And also I forgot to mention this is a great palette to take with you when you travel because you can create so many looks and you don't have to literally take a whole suitcase full of just makeup :) (Since luggage prices are ridiculous)
Here are some picture:
Please let me know what you guys think of this palette :) Or let me know what looks you guys have created I'm always interested.
Also I have a upcoming Foundation review and my MAC haulage.
MAC VIVA GLAM GAG II
Review
This is my first review (yay) I decided to go with the Viva Glam Gaga II. Let's start off with the lipstick. I heard so many reviews on this lipstick and let me tell you guys it wasn't positive :( I heard it looked like peanut butter or its concealer. But I would like to give you guys my personal opinion... I love this lipstick I have been using it everyday since I purchased it. It's my perfect nude lipstick (I might have to buy a new one) In case you guys are wondering i am NC35 at the moment and i think it looks good.
Lipglass is also very nice I have paired them together, but I rather use my Viva Glam Gaga II with my Victoria Secret mineral lip gloss in Naughty. But unlike the lipstick I could wear the lipglass on it's own and get a great shiny nude lip.
Here are some pictures...
